CAPITOL OFFICE SOLUTIONS SERVICE GUARANTEES

12 MONTH PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
  • Customer shall receive a like-for-like exchange within the first 12 months of delivery if you are dissatisfied with the equipment performance and Capitol is unable to resolve the concern, within manufacturer's specifications.

RESPONSE TIME GUARANTEES

  • Customer shall receive one month of service and supplies, as contracted per machine, should Capitol miss the maximum average response time. Response time will be averaged over 30 days.
    • The 4 hour average guaranteed response time applies to all Graphic Color Devices and 50+ page per minute devices with a minimum of 10,000+ monthly impressions included in the contract allowance. 
    • The 8 hour average guaranteed response time applies to all devices under 50 pages per minute.

GUARANTEED UPTIME

  • Capitol will provide you a free Service Loaner should your downtime exceed 24 business hours.
