Founded in 1976, we are headquartered in Columbia, MD, with offices in Tyson's Corner, VA, Winchester, VA, and Washington, DC. In 1998 we were acquired by Global Imaging Systems, a national provider of document imaging systems with a unique philosophy; “Think Globally, Act Locally.” Thanks to the tremendous support we received from Global Imaging Systems, we achieved every industry award available for our outstanding Customer Service over our 8 year history as a Global company culminating with the HR Chally World Class Sales Excellence award in 2006. Global believes in empowering local dealers to make decisions locally with the backing of a nationwide company. All of our service dispatching and training is done locally, all of our warehousing is done locally, and our entire decision making is done locally. In 2007 Global was acquired by Xerox and became a wholly owned subsidiary of Xerox.
